Slide 12: Reported TB Cases by Age, United States, 1997 and 1998. From 1997 to 1998, the total number of U.S. TB cases decreased by 7.5%. This decrease reflected similar decreases in adult age groups and a slightly larger decrease in children under 15 years old.
