Illinois clinicians outside of Chicago seeking expert medical consultation for the treatment of TB patients should contact the Tuberculosis Control Section of the Illinois Department of Public Health at (217) 785-5371. Requests for consultation received from Chicago should be referred to Dr. Gerber at (312) 746-5992. Requests for consultation in regards to confirmed pediatric TB cases should be referred to Dr. McAuley at (312) 942-6396. All consultations provided by HNTC should be copied to Mike Arbise at michael.arbise@illinois.gov and Dr. Craig Conover at craig.conover@illinois.gov.
