Please contact the North Dakota Department of Health (NDDoH) TB Program at 1-800-472-2180 or (701) 328-2376 for all medical consultation requests. The TB Program staff will triage requests and facilitate medical consultation after determining the appropriate clinician expert for the specific situation. Based upon their assessment, the request may be referred to the NDDoH TB Program staff, a ND State Medical Officer, an infectious disease physician in private practice, or the Heartland National TB Center.
